We got to know the accountancy network and the team over a number of years helping them to get the most from their previous site. During this time, we got a real understanding of them and their business, their goals and their business aspirations. We also became aware that they were looking to develop the system into new market sectors and it became apparent to all that the time had come to invest in a new solution that would provide them with all the tools needed to take the business to the next level of growth.

The Planning

As well as updating the aesthetic and feel of the site, we introduced powerful design elements to speed the browsing and checkout process. We simplified the product pages to make them clearer and easier to scan.

Responsive Ready

Mobile responsive: the accountancy network new responsive website ensures they’re ready for any visitor, no matter where they are or what type of device they have to hand

Easy to use intuitive content management system: the accountancy network needed to have the ability to add pages, content and depth throughout the site to aid new market opportunities and better engage with the current visitors to the site. We used the Core PHP to provide a completely flexible and SEO friendly solution while ensuring complete access to all design blocks through the use of a block builder module.

Effective Digital Marketing: This was more than just getting a new website live for the accountancy network, they were also looking to us to ensure that it was Google ready and that they would see instant benefit from ranking and visibility.  We ensured all the on-site elements were in place and wrote and added rich content to help Google and the accountancy network customers better understand and engage.

Google PPC setup and management: We were also tasked re marketing the website using Google Adwords.  Previously the accountancy network had worked with Google Adwords but found that they were not being effective.  We started from scratch and built a new and effective paid campaign for them setting up goals to ensure they could manage and maintain going forward.

The Solution

As part of a wider strategy to engage with their audience, The Accountancy Network were keen to introduce user generated content in the form of a shoppable Instagram feed. As well as a brand-wide feed we also built product-specific feeds, allowing shoppers to see products worn by real people. We also transformed the Accountancy network blog, shunning the traditional grid format and opting for an unconventional layout consisting of a mix of graphics, images and video.

Building Trust Through Design

From start to finish, we used use tools like inspectlet, which allowed us to constantly optimise using real time data, combined with A/B split testing, to track overall behaviour to drive revenue and conversion. It’s proved incredible effective in increasing both purchase and sign-up rates and we continue to use this data during our on going partnership to help The network to grow.
